Robert and Cindy Coray opened their first carpet cleaning business in the San Francisco East Bay Area in 1982. They transitioned to an encapsulation cleaning process that delivered incredible results, which led them to develop "Rugged Road Plus" — a ready-to-use encapsulation carpet cleaning product enhanced with bacterial enzymes. Partnering with a chemical blending company to package a standalone bio-enzyme product, original TKO ("Totally Kills Odors") was created for sales and distribution. Offering for purchase a ready-to-use odor eliminating product was an added source of revenue after job completions and a sustainable business model.

Today, that foundation — over 40 years of hands-on industry experience — drives TKO+. The TKO+ Product Program is owned and operated exclusively by Coray's Right-Way Pacific.
