Refund policy
Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind TKO+ 100%. If you are not completely satisfied with your results, we will refund your purchase price — provided all of the following conditions are met:
- The return is requested within 14 days of receipt of shipment (based on carrier-confirmed delivery date). The delivery date is determined solely by the carrier's official tracking record. TKO+ is not responsible for carrier delays or delivery discrepancies.
- The unused or partially used bottle(s) are returned to us at the customer's expense.
- Returned bottles must contain a minimum of 50% of the original product volume and must contain the original TKO+ formula. Bottles that have been diluted in excess of a 1:1 product:water ratio, adulterated, refilled, or tampered with in any way are not eligible for a refund and may be subject to fraud reporting.
- The customer provides the shipper name and tracking number at the time of the return request — refunds will not be processed without confirmed shipment tracking.
- A clear photo of the bottle(s) being returned must be submitted with the return request, showing the label and remaining product level. Return requests submitted without photo evidence will not be processed.
- The refund is issued only after receipt and inspection of the returned bottle(s).
- This guarantee is limited to one return per household/shipping address.
This guarantee applies only to purchases made directly from tkodors.com. Purchases made through third-party retailers are subject to that retailer's return policy.
Return Eligibility
- Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of receipt of shipment (based on carrier-confirmed delivery date).
- Products must have been purchased directly from tkodors.com.
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
- Products must have been used according to label directions. Returns due to misuse, improper dilution, or application outside of product instructions are not eligible.
- Each customer is eligible for one return or replacement per household.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products purchased from unauthorized resellers or third-party marketplaces.
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper storage, or application outside of product instructions.
- Orders where a return or replacement has previously been issued to the same household/address.
How to Request a Return or Refund
- Email us at: tkorobert@yahoo.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and how you applied the product.
- Include a clear photo of the bottle(s) showing the label and remaining product level.
- Our team will respond within up to 3 business days with return instructions.
- Ship the bottle(s) back at your expense and provide us with the carrier name and tracking number. Refunds will not be processed without this information.
- Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will send a replacement at no charge. Please contact us within 14 days of receipt of shipment with a photo of the damaged item and your order number. Replacement for damaged or defective products is limited to one per household/shipping address.
Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). Return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
Your Legal Rights
This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable state or federal law.
